Preliminary design service for multiple residential buildings in Nesoya, Norway.
Residential building with a total surface of 2500m², with 10 apartments, in the suburb of Oslo, Norway, Nesoya Island.
The Building is situated on the coast of the fiord, on terrain which is declining toward the coast. On Investor’s demand that building should have high energy class, i.e. to be designed as a passive house, it is replied with a choice of modern materials, as well as with the way of heating and air conditioning of the building (heat pump)
