Conceptual solution service for the reconstruction of the Hotel “Urbani”, Bodensdorf. Reconstruction and adaptation of the existing hotel building included 2500m² of space for different purposes integrated into the following sections:
- rooms
- entrance hall
- cafe bar and restaurant
- swimming pool and spa center.
Dimensions of some accommodation units were changed and the offer of the spa center was modernized. Materialization and finishing in all sections were changed and the whole building was equipped with new furniture, made especially for this object.
